Provide three (3) preferred dates and times for your tour:

Start times requested 4:00 pm or later will incur an additional charge.

Requests should be made two weeks in advance to guarantee the best availability. Tours are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Once you have submitted this form, a Central Park Conservancy staff member will contact you via phone and/or email to confirm and discuss the details of your private tour.

PAYMENT

Requests for tours outside of 9:00 am–5:00 pm will incur an additional charge.

Once you have submitted this form, a Central Park Conservancy staff member will contact you via phone and/or email to confirm and discuss the details of your private tour.

Credit card payment is due in full at the time of booking confirmation. Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions (see our Frequently Asked Questions for information about tour policies).
