Doublefile Viburnum

The doublefile viburnum is a deciduous shrub native to China, Korea, Japan and Taiwan. A popular ornamental plant, the doublefile viburnum is one of the most striking shrubs in Central Park with its horizontal branches covered in white flowers. When in full, May bloom, its flat-top flower clusters are unforgettable, presenting a beautiful display long after magnolias, cherry trees and crabapples have bloomed.
